  2. We will ship your kit to you with return postage included

  3. Follow the instructions located in the DNA kit

  4. Meanwhile, we will set up a DNA portal with a username and password for you to sign a consent form and fill out a DNA symptom survey

  5. We will be notified when your results are in and schedule an appointment with you at your earliest convenience

**The price of the Kit and lab fee is 215.00 which is to pay the lab for the processing and the software. This does not include the fee for the analysis of the raw data and consultation.
